"KNAUF" single-layer plaster on walls and ceilings (slabs) in the living areas (except in the basement and garages). On the upper storey, the ceilings, oblique and vertical sections of the frame are made using "GYPLAT" and "GYTEX" boards, fitted on the counter lathes and coated with "KNAUF" single-coat lining. There is corner beading sealed in the ceiling at all salient angles. Marble windowsills have bevelled angles and all the apparent sides are polished. They jut out slightly over the finished plaster and slightly overhang the bay on each side
