Insulation
A 10 cm polyurethane insulating screed is provided in all the rooms on the ground floor and the garages (if there are living spaces on the floor above).
Screed
The ground floor screeds are approx. 7 cm thick and made from Rhine sand and covered with a galvanised lattice with 5/5/02 mesh or fibres.
The basement screed is approx. 7 cm thick and smoothed with cement slurry.
The upper floor screed is approx. 7 cm thick and made from a base of Rhine sand.
The polystyrene joints are placed in the same direction as the walls.
Tiles
Tiling for a purchase value of €24.79 per m² before VAT is provided in:
- the hall and living room
- the toilet and separate toilet
- the kitchen and bathrooms
- the laundry and shower room
Mortar joints for the joints.
NB: flooring laid traditionally (natural stone and some terracotta tiles), diagonally or in a checkerboard pattern will be priced separately.
Glazed earthenware wall tiles
Glazed earthenware wall tiles for a purchase value of €24.79 per m² before VAT are provided on the vertical walls in the bathrooms and shower room.
Skirting boards
Skirting boards for a purchase value of €5.95 per m² before VAT are provided in all tiles areas, with the exception of those areas where the walls are tiled..
A bath enclosure and access flap are provided.
