Heating

The installation is designed to guarantee the following temperatures, with an outside temperature of –10°:

  • bathroom, shower room: 22°
  • living room, dining room: 20°
  • kitchen, office: 18°
  • bedrooms, hallway, dressing room: 18°

Fuel oil

The efficiency of the radiators and the boiler is determined by the heating contractor, according to a preliminary study.

The location of the radiators is determined on site, with the Client present.

The installation includes:

  • One "VIESSMANN" Vitorond 111, low-temperature, cast iron boiler, enamel, 130 litres, with bathroom priority.
  • One WEISHAUPT burner
  • DAB 3-speed circulator, accessories and connection to the plumbing and electrical systems.
  • "HENRAD" cream, steel, panel radiators with "DANFOSS" thermostatic valves.
  • A room thermostat.
  • "HENCO" polypropylene aluminium twin-tube piping with wall outlets
  • Circulator, accessories and connection to the plumbing and electrical systems.
  • One pneumatic gauge to check the contents of the tank.

Gas

The efficiency of the radiators and the boiler is determined by the heating contractor, according to a preliminary study.

The installation includes:

  • DAB 3-speed circulator, accessories and connection to the plumbing and electrical systems
  • "HENRAD" cream, steel, panel radiators with "DANFOSS" thermostatic valves.
  • A room thermostat.
  • "HENCO" polypropylene aluminium twin-tube piping with wall outlets
  • Circulator, accessories and connection to the plumbing and electrical systems.
